Shipping & Handling

If you would like to pickup your purchase in store, please email customerservice@shoeinn.com with your order number and the store where you would like to pickup your order. If you were charged for shipping, SHOE-INN will issue you a refund.

 

Shoe-Inn is happy to offer the following shipping offers for its customers:

- $10 USD flat-rate shipping for all orders totaling $149 USD and less.

- Free shipping for all orders totaling $150 USD or more.

 

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1-2 business days of order placement.

- Any order placed after 2 p.m. ET will not start being processed until the following business day. Orders placed between 2 p.m. ET Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday, with the exclusion of holidays.

- It can take up to 2 business days to process orders before they ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once the order is shopped.

- All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Englewood, New Jersey.

 

Sales Tax

 

- Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

 

Promo Codes

 

- All sales are final if a promo code is used and are only eligible for size exchanges. Please reference our exchange policy for more details.

- Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion; only one code can be redeemed per order.

- Promo codes cannot be applied after an order is processed.
